Passionate about people and organisations sustainable development, I created Caramel-Consulting to share my experience and skills ato accompagny changes and transformations.
Supporting individuals in their development so that they can have the keys to develop and evolve in their professional career has always been my driver.
With a huge curiosity about technological innovations, I love exploring their potential and their characteristics. I like to invent new solutions to exploit them for learning purposes.
After learning the basics of pedagogy and using them in the classroom with adults and children, I was very quickly convinced by the power of the internet. Therefore, I decided to focus on the creation and design of e-learning training. After experiences in several start-ups, the last one was bought by a major actor of the training industry in France. I then became a project manager, designed blended learning devices and managed training implementation in companies’ LMS (Learning Management System) platforms as well as training internal teams on new processes.
In 2011, as a consultant, I accompanied the creation of a business academy in the luxury sector dedicated to the training of the worldwide salesforce. In 2012, I joined an international insurance group to launch and manage their internal academy and support countries in their training approach.
These years have given me the opportunity to see organisations of several large groups and the way they had implemented their digital training. I had the chance to see the birth of the first e-learning projects and support teams to exploit levers of digital training.
In order to understand challenges of the company and design solutions with concrete impacts, in 2018, I completed an executive MBA in Positive and Sustainable Leadership. This allows me today to have the keys to identify with my customers the levers of actions in order to support companies for a sustainable, responsible, ethical and human performance.
Experiences, skills and tools in hands now, my mission remains the same: Accompagny changes by the development of the skills of the women and men who build the future of our companies.
